Beth Karita was instrumental in helping prepare two major documents for the ASARCO project managed out of our Phoenix office, for which I am the quality assurance manager and chemist. The documents were voluminous and complex with extensive tables and subsections. Input was being received from six task leaders in five different offices. With ongoing input, the documents needed modifications up to the last hour. The complex tables were initially structured in Excel and then needed conversion to Word. This challenged our most senior word processors and, in view of the time constraints, we were referred to Beth (involvement from yet another office). Beth was very effective in immediately taking the task over and accomplishing with great ease what was a challenge for all. She fully supported meeting very tight client deadlines and produced high quality documents.
